How do Inspections Work?

You or your Real Estate sales professional contacts   Home Inspections Inc. to arrange your Inspection. (902) 222-5776 or email
Remember that I encourage you to join me as I conduct the Inspection!
Checkmate completes the Inspection and leaves you with a complete Inspection Report.  If you are selling your home, the printed Inspection Report can be displayed for prospective buyers to look at during open houses and showings.
If you choose to renovate or make improvements to a home, you may attach receipts for work completed to the Inspection Report.
If you are selling or buying a home, the Inspection Report are left at the home for the buyer.
The buyer may engage   to perform a walk-through inspection, and discuss the findings with a prospective buyer.  This creates a contractual relationship between   Home Inspections Inc. and the buyer.

Why do Home Inspections make sense?

Gives you peace of mind.
Helps to eliminate conditional offers.
No more re-negotiations.
Deals won't fall through!
Minimize contradictions between the listing & the Inspection Report.
Doing before selling ensure that issues arising from the inspection can be calmly researched and resolved.
Sellers can choose to resolve issues or adjust the listing price. Buyers are properly informed.
Houses sell faster and generally provide a win win for both sellers and buyers.

Why do Pre-listing Inspection?

No more buyers walking away because there may be a problem with the house.
No more 11th-hour re-negotiations based on the inspector’s findings.
No more helpless feelings that an inspector has raised an issue that is not a big problem.
No more buyers getting cold feet when they find out the home is not perfect.
No more buyers walking away because they don’t have time for an inspection.
You resolve any differences of opinion about the house before it goes on the market.
All homes have room for improvement. Disclosing the condition of the home allows you to reflect the condition in the listing price, rather than have to negotiate again later when the issues are discovered.
You fix any conditions identified (if you choose to) or simply reflect it in the purchase price. This takes it off the table as a negotiating point against you.
The inspection includes a Inspection Report that becomes the buyer’s guide to home ownership for years to come.

I will listen to your ideas and can answer any question that you may have.
